- Senior Secondary: Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Senior Secondary with 45%: Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, as per NCTE regulations.
- Bachelor of Elementary Education: Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Diploma in Education: Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
- Graduation: A Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and completed or appearing in the final year of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
For Paper II (Classes VI to VIII)
Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
- Graduation: A Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
- Diploma in Elementary Education: Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 1-year B.Ed, as per NCTE regulations.
- Senior Secondary with B.El.Ed: Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- B.A/B.Sc. Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed: Completed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.A/B.Sc. Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
- Post-Graduation: Post-graduates with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and completed a three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed program.
Application Process of CTET December 2024 Online Form
